Sprouted Sorghum White Millet Dosa Mix

Ingredients:
Sprouted Sorghum White Millet - 50%
Idli Rice - 30%
Urad Dal - 20%
Little Fenugreek.

Directions for Use:
Take the millet mix in a bowl and mix water as required for dosa or Idli to make it a batter
Ferment if required
Mix Salt as per taste and enjoy our millet dosa or millet idli
